  • Full name, contact telephone number, and email address.
  • Property address, roof orientation, MPAN/MPRN meter details for DNO applications.
  • Household electricity consumption figures and utility tariff data.

2. How We Use Your Personal Data

We process your personal information under the lawful basis of contract performance, legal compliance, and legitimate interests:

  • Designing bespoke 3D solar PV and battery storage quotations.
  • Submitting G98/G99 grid connection applications to Distribution Network Operators.
  • Registering your installation on the MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) portal.
  • Processing government grant applications (e.g. £7,500 BUS Heat Pump Grant).

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We never sell or rent customer data to third parties. We share data strictly required for installation compliance with:

  • UK Distribution Network Operators (National Grid Electricity Distribution, SSEN, UK Power Networks, etc.).
  • MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) and RECC/HIES accreditation bodies.
  • Building Control notification bodies (NAPIT / NICEIC).
