1. Scope & B2B Commercial Contract Structure
These Commercial Terms & Conditions apply to all business-to-business (B2B) turnkey engineering contracts, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) agreements executed by EcoGrid Energy Limited for commercial warehouses, factories, office parks, and agricultural enterprises.
2. G99 DNO Grid Connection Contingencies
Commercial solar installations exceeding 11.04kW three-phase capacity require formal G99 grid approval from the local Distribution Network Operator (DNO). Offers are contingent upon DNO connection approval. If grid reinforcement costs exceed budget limits, the Customer reserves the right to modify system capacity.
3. Structural Load Calculations & RAMS
EcoGrid Energy Limited conducts structural wind and snow load calculations in accordance with Eurocodes. Full Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) and CDM 2015 safety documentation are submitted prior to site mobilization.
4. Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) Terms
Under Zero-CapEx PPA contracts, equipment ownership remains with the PPA fund manager. The Client agrees to purchase generated solar electricity at the contracted PPA tariff rate per kWh for the 20 to 25 year term, indexed annually to CPI.
5. O&M Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Commercial O&M contracts include 24/7 cloud SCADA monitoring, annual infrared thermal imaging scans, string Voc/Isc testing, and guaranteed 4-hour breakdown response times.
